I translate: “I don’t know anything about neither rusia or Ukraine but I don’t like US/CIA/NATO and I know they all don’t like rusia so I stand with rusia”
Thats actually a pretty valid and okish position. But only like 100 years in the past and before. With the amount of available information a person making such claims looks plain stupid, because it could take at max couple of says to educate themselves. But they don’t want to spend their time and they better chose to become genocide supporters instead of admitting they are blessed to just don’t give a fuck yet and stay ignorant
