Supposedly NIP-19 bech32 encoding with npub prefix. I tried decoding it with the library “bitcoinjs/bech32”, it doesn’t work. It’s supposedly something people use in Bitcoin / LN but it’s not a standard I’m familiar with. I’m doing my own client and I can’t really deal with that format atm
