Better sleep and I realized I don’t really need the boost that coffee gave me.
Also I think I’m tricking my body to burn fat for energy because I also quit sugar.
These are other commodities I gave up:
Bread
Rice
Pasta
Milk
Ice cream
Alcohol
Lost all my excess weight and I eat bigger portions than ever… mostly
Meat, Pork, Chicken, Fish and Vegetables with the occasional fruit when I crave desserts.
