How is this different than Mastodon and Fediblock? It seems to be the exact same, except even gayer as at least people on the fediverse were freedom loving enough to leave twitter ages ago. The nostr crowd is a bunch of censorship loving lemmings who stayed on twitter and accepted ever more egregious censorship until nostr like a month or two ago
