I had an odd nudge this morning to sit and just let my mind drift and wander in the quiet. I ended up thinking about a conversation I had yesterday and I triggered an interesting memory from my passed that I believe is a huge influence on framing who I am today. I know that’s vague, but I think it helped me through understanding a small thing that’s been bugging me lately. #selfwork #journal
