I have done b and d in the past toot. I also was on the pat for Q-Grader certification, but dropped out because it was too cost prohibitive. I have judged in Cup of Excellence events however.

Even with all that, I am seriously wary anytime I put my name and opinion to any product involving coffee. I make damned sure I give it weeks, if not months of fair evaluation before posting my opinion.

I can't quite get "zero day" reviews on coffee gear, for that same reason.
