This bill is not okay and sets a very scary precedence. A minimum of 20 year sentence and $250,000 fine just for using a VPN to access banned applications? This is maddening. I get wanting to protect users from Chinese spyware. I do. I get the dangers of TikTok. I think TikTok should be removed and delisted from app stores. 👀

What I am absolutely NOT okay with is these overreaching acts of punishments. We are literally turning ourselves into the place that we're banning these surveillance applications from. It's not good.
