I'm taking part in a fitness course at my physiotherapist, called "Kettle bell training". It's super hard, but also kind of fun. At least, I got familiar with my own mobility issues. Some exercises weren't possible at all for me. I have very long legs. So, this makes it super hard for me to squat down deeply, staying in position and keeping balance – while also keeping my back in line. Also those muscles involved seem pretty untrained and need some careful stretching and training.
