Nothing against the potato, I like it in all imaginable forms of preparation. But it is currently very good for me to cut back on the carbs. and by the way…the potato also saved us Germans from starvation. In the 18th century, Friedrich der Große (Frederick the Great) ensured that the tuber was cultivated on a large scale after poor harvests. ✌️
