creator of #fediblock :verified::makemeneko: (npub1u83…r2s5) I am gonna have a chat with my teamlead, we have employees working from home in different countries and their latest hiring efforts failed so badly that they're expanding to searching abroad as well.
They cant dock my pay/hours.
They must give me a written warning, followed by enough time for me to try and improve before attempting to fire me and I can argue that I have improved and then fight them with union reps...
