Most of our election equipment is stored for us by the good people at DEF CON in their space in LV. But other stuff, either personally owned or needed midyear, we have to schlep or ship ourselves. Among other things, I'm bringing all the crap to record the talks (Camera, tripod, mics, mixer, etc), which seems to follow a reverse-Moore's-law and gets heavier every year.
(I'm *assured* that the room acoustics will be much better than last year).
