Hypothetically, if a club in Scotland raises funds for a particular purpose of the club, but then decides to spend those funds for other purposes of the club, in law what crime has been committed?
Somewhat less hypothetically I know of a members club where exactly that happened, & when an aggrieved member went to the police was told "that is a civil matter".
