The reason why the Biden administration is pushing hard data as opposed to relying Biden's personal appeal is because he doesn't have any. He never has. At best he comes off as competent but he has a way of presenting as defensive and condescending. And being that he's in his 80s, that just is what it is at this point.
Dems should be looking to the future and giving us options for when Biden inevitably is no longer able to do the job.
