#WritersCoffeeClub 8/17 Why did/do you choose the past or present tense?
I used to only write in past tense, which served me well enough, but I've tried a few short stories in the present and the result was surprisingly good, so I experiment often now.
Taliesin is set 1400 years in the past so the past tense just seemed like the obvious choice.
Of course, by that logic, any futuristic scifi stuff I write might have to be in the future tense.
