Really sorry for the long downtime this is causing but was on a call with support and the data center has still not manage to solve the problem but they expect it to be solved "soon". I will continue to monitor and update here.
Again, sorry but there is not much I can do on my end as they recommend not even moving the Floating IPs at the moment, so I can't start a new server to mitigate the impact.
