I have an autoimmune issue and food intolerances, so I have for years taken a multivitamin to try and replace the vitamins I miss from all the fruit and vegetable dodging.
I've not taken the multivitamins for a couple of weeks now, and some of my issues have *gone away*. I'm healthier than I've been in ages.
Fam I think I'm allergic to vitamins.
