In theory you should get a sequence where the first is a Value and the rest is a String. Since that’s not happening it’s worth asking the maintainer/community. Or: Maybe the bytes read thing is stable enough for them to say “yeah, we promise we will always stop reading after “---“ it’s safe to rely on bytes read”",
