Right now it's either:
(1) The first book in an alternate-history urban fantasy series where tattoos confer superpowers; or
(2) A one-off inspired by the vendor character in Resident Evil 4 and the bleak-dark worldbuilding of the Souls series; or
(3) Some other random thing that'll butt in of its own accord 😅
