For me I created a simple script to bundle the relays, so I have just one relay/websocket which collects data from relays and proxies it to the client.
The requested relays are provided as params like wss://my.ip:8080?relay.nostr.ch&relay.snort.social&nos.lol&relay.damus.io
Very effective because the client needs to handle just this one connection.
