I think I have a friend who I can say is my best friend now and I met her online, in a telegram group. we've never met, but we have deep conversations and we talk everyday since 2020.
it's hard for me to keep in touch with people who won't be able to be vulnerable and talk to me about their feelings.
I have other friends who send me long audios about how they are feeling and I answer whenever I can, and we keep in touch like this, each one talking when they can. I love these people and this kind of relationship. some of them I met in a pregnant woman's meeting (I wanted to become a doula and learn more about this universe before I got pregnant). some of them I met online and then we met in person. some of them I met in college. these ones I met between 10 and 13 years ago.
I had those friends who I met at school when I was ten, and I love them, but I never felt like I belonged in the relationship with them.
my sister is a great friend of mine. we are very different in many aspects, but we are great together. I wanted her with me when I gave birth to both of my children, and she patiently waited.
