Charge Clarence Thomas. If the evidence of crime is proven out, charge him. Check yourself before you say “you can't do that" or "think of the damage it will cause SCOTUS" or "it's partisan”. Pucky. It's more damaging *not* to charge. The only way to restore confidence in equal justice under law is that the law be enforced with equal justice. And that means even charging the senior Associate Justice of SCOTUS. No person is above the law, right? RIGHT?
