Kazriko (npub199y…7ws4) The whole point of Jake Sullivan's answer was that he used and abused his supposed authority in the Administration to bypass these restrictions and send every last one -- but of only one type, the MIM-104. Indeed for ATACMS we only sent 1/3 of the whole number ever produced, or perhaps about 60% of available supply.
