I typically spend most of my time standing, so I got myself an IKEA LIDKULLEN sit/stand stool thing that can tuck under the desk and then I also have a cheap knock-off Eames Eiffel chair for when I want to actually sit.

So far so good, but I do get back/neck pain if I sit in the chair too long.
