No, it doesn't need to be better for already generated seed words. That's not what it's for. It's not safe as I have explained.
It is for generating a seed that can be kept on an entropy grid in a pattern that is easy to remember.
If you need border wallets then make a brand new seed safely and move your money to the wallet with the new seed.
