Even though I am not one of those that ever find myself nostalgic for the specific brand of liberalism The Daily Show and Colbert Report brought to the table that I liked at the time but has aged like milk (do you remember the Rally to Restore Sanity? Gross), the loss of all the interviews from their history is really unfortunate.
Even more so, the loss of the entire MTV News archive is genuinely a big blow to anybody who cares about the history of pop culture and entertainment.
