I had to visit a doctor recently and she wanted to give me medicine for 100 days. I explained that I take 2 pills a day, so she'd need to prescribe me a box of 200 pills. She said: "Really?", got out a calculator and typed: 200 / 2. Then replied: "Yes, I guess that's correct."

I had to visit a nurse and she had to count 4 rows in a chart, but added them up to only 3. I corrected her and she recounted two times before she concluded it was indeed 4.

Is this an increase in brain fog?
