YOLO, so I made sort of a quick decision to purchase another camera to replace the one that broke yesterday. The best camera I can (sort of?) afford is a used Nikon D850. I've had my eye on a D850 for a yr or so & it'll be fantastic to have a high end camera to replace my beginner's D3500. It's not a mirrorless but it's a quality DSLR & I've already have some really good DSLR lenses. Prolly still send the D3500 in for an estimate but I won't be without a camera for as long as I was planning to.
