His imaginative energy is nearly impossible to describe. In fact he really couldn't (or wouldn't) describe what it was that took us into a whole other dimension. But the journey was always worth the freakishly dazzling, sometimes disturbing and always entertaining visual acid trip. It was his characters that captivated me.
