I am a Pulp fan, rather than an Oasis or Blur fan.
But: taking all the points against the Gallagher brothers at their highest, it was genuinely rather impressive of Liam Gallagher to do that "One Love" concert in Manchester after the terrorist attack.
As a Brummie, one can sneer at Mancunians, but that was a good thing. Classy.
And so that is why I can never diss Oasis absolutely - as much as I really would like to do so.
