We have exhausted all of our beautiful Aug weather and starting today it is back into the 90s, by midweek triple digits, here in the woodlands of MO.
I know it’s SlackerSaturday, but I will perform my PT exercises and probably walk on the treadmill in spite of it. And then maybe slack out!
