I recommend cutting your exposure to mainstream media outlets they are broadcasting their propaganda 24/7 on a variety of channels, the only way I kept my sanity was completely cutting everything off don't be naive and think you handle their BS the stuff they are broadcasting is radioactive and highly contagious don't be a fool and think you can handle their lies, you can't after a few minutes your brain goes into standby then they penetrate.
