Oct 18, 2024 @ 23:01 Today was a pretty good day, all told! I was able to do some baking, made my weekend Inside Out Breakfast Sandwich Casserole [http://chiachow.net/recipe-bready-breakfast-casserole] and some rolls [http://chiachow.net/recipe-what-i-can-reach-rolls] - both of which are #carnivore - along with slow-roasting some lovely beef ribs. Then after I ate lunch I took a lovely nap, ate supper when I got up, posted Friday Funnies [https://chia.owly.net/friday-funnies-oct-18-2024-edition] and worked on hours of video I've shot this week - ended up deleting nearly 20GB of it and using only a few clips with some photos (not for posting online), and that took up my entire evening. So I just updated what I ate today [http://chiachow.net/what-i-eat] and now I'm just finishing up here before bed.
