Don't want to seem like a shill but #GrapheneOS is really nice. Only interactions with google are Davx5 syncing my wife's calendar, and whatever the Wyze app or general internet use sends.
I like that its minimal by default. No apps I probably won't use, no wallpapers that I'll just change anyway, etc. Its easy to install and for me everything just works.
