If they granted amnesty to student protesters, I would bet ~half of the people on strike would go back to work. The people fighting for transparency and divestment all knew we wouldnt win those in this strike and the fight would go on. we were just trying to keep the pressure up to tell the university they couldnt police their way out of the demands from their students and workers.
