Can you be accused of murder in a war?
Technically you are killing (murdering) lots of people and being sanctioned by your government to do this.
If you're doing this en-mass, which horrifically is the definition of success, then it is almost inevitable that unintended people die as a consequence.
Of course the winning side always accuses the loosing side of murder after the war, but that aside, can you be considered a murderer during a war?
Caveat, asking these "thought experiment" questions should highlight the absolute pointless, ridiculous, futile nature of all wars.

quoting note1wyv…yd67Yes i noticed it was from the UN and i have no reason not to believe it. And they do very well to make a case to the ICC. Just not fall into "panic" because all of these stories. Many are fake and i am not talking about the UN story. In fact there are other clues also that there are scums among the russian soldiers (ukranian soldiers too of course). Recently for example some scum rusdians soldiers convicted because the killed a hero of Donbass called Bentley who was a great supporter of Russia. Here is an article from RT (which is russian and that is wjy i use it now) https://www.rt.com/news/606648-russia-russell-bentley-murder/
But why you say they do that to their own soldiers? Where that comes from?
