I changed my phone settings to color filter everything black/white and its made a big difference with all apps I use. Reddit and Youtube are not nearly as interesting, all of the “reacts” in texts are meaningless. Photos better be amazing or they are just boring.
Nostr is almost the same exact experience and I wonder why that is
