Hemp & cannabis are still important parts of the farm economy to open up. We need laws that both legalize these crops, & make opening a business actually accessible. E.g. no "You must be already make $10K/month in sales before you can open a bank account" requirements that screen legitimate new operators out.
But no one crop can be a silver bullet for a whole state's economy. We have to keep developing other crops, in addition to legalizing hemp & cannabis.
