way back before smartphones there were crazy paper day planners. basically a binder and a zillion little tabs and boxes for all sorts of schedules, plans, notes, etc.
it was ADHD to-do list crack.
and to me modern strict/safe programming languages are starting to feel like the new dopamine rush.
