The closer I get to my dad's birthday, the more I realize how much of a lion's den I'm walking into when I go. Where my family goes, drama follows. Add an almost-unlimited amount of alcohol, and things get wild. That's dangerous ground for me. It's bad enough I went and got drunk last month, if I had access to alcohol at this moment I'd be consuming it. There's no telling how things will go at the party.
