I’m planning my first trip back to Ireland in 20+ years, mostly so my kids can see it, and probably my fathers last trip. Cost isn’t an overwhelming concern now, but I’m sure it will be (especially weighed against stacking sats) in not too many years.
Most Americans already don’t have a passport. Sadly, I mostly look at mine as an emergency exit tool.
