The 9 in this thread are just a few of the Indian and Indian-ish cookbooks planned for the next couple of years. Get ready!
Although I have to say, I am glad I started to learn about Indian food when there were fewer books available and a lot were very traditional and regional recipes. Its a very different perspective of India via food than what is presented in the cookbooks being released in response to the popularity of Indian food.
But all of these look a lot of fun.
