My 2011 MacBook Pro is my go-to writing machine & is the only laptop I use
But I also have an old MB Air so slow it would gasp if it had a fan, 3 older Macbooks and 2 Windows laptops from the 00s. And all their power adapters.
The problem is how to unload the rest? Even if they boot, they’re too outmoded to be useful or donate. Can’t toss them into the landfill and the recycle center charges like $75 each to take them. So they lurk, forgotten.
