The ACLU is still often on the right side, but it's no longer reliable. It claims that "racial justice" requires letting people with degrees off the hook for their loans, with taxpayers who don't have college degrees required to pick up much of the loss. Asians and whites are much more likely to have degrees than black people, so it appears the ACLU thinks "racial justice" means favoring the former.
