Some Gm's are valuable than others‽ Idk how nostr works in detail new here. I am liking it so far. I Do not post much i want follows as the next person but its just cuz it would be boring without. There is going to be offset for lazy people they will have follows but more 'real’posters and users will take em over, i guess why it is not happening is because of small size. Also zaps looks like a good metric to judge a person's worth atlest preliminary although it would be a good metric if it showed only unique zaps!

Your point is such a great point! And so new of a concept for me its hard to grasp rn. Isn't followers the worth of a person in a social media? I come from traditional social media it is so hard to think otherwise. I suppose the reliance on followers is because to gain such followers they have done something of worth, as you said shows past effort, i think that is the point. If a creator can create a good post once he can create again! May be this is too idealistic on me.
Reddit seems to work on that principle the post itself is valuable not the poster.
I want to ask you just cuz i am curious. Will it be okay if nostr turns into a reddit like thing? I think nostr was meant for twitter like thing, and in twitter followers did matter.
