It's unhealthy due to so much saturated fat. Neither of us likes palm oil, unhealthy for the same reason. Growing palm trees for oil commonly means monoculture, reducing animal \u0026 indigenous habitat. Raising cattle uses many more resources, pollutes much more, than producing the same amount of protein by growing chickens--soybeans more so. But butter does taste better.",
