Hyphanet is also incredibly censorship resistant. Hyphanet is the one that's been around for forever, "Freenet" is now the newer protocol which Ian is launching this year. It has less of an emphasis on anonymity but has many of the same P2P and decentralized/censorship resistant properties of hyphanet. This was a controversial fork but basically these are two different protocols at this point, both probably have their place.
