A nostr service that asks your web of trust who to donate sats to for 'maximal positive effect'. Or 'xyz' of course, but former specific use case practical in interim. I.e client asks/shows on profile the top 3 endorsed npubs or ln addys. Then when asked, client can aggregate from connections, display randomly within +/- granularity of score.
