Hooray for the Councilors not having to attend the conference, but if they're going to set up the infrastructure for the business side to do their work remotely, why not also make it possible for someone to attend the conference sessions virtually?

It's another one of those boggles of "we've already proven we can do it, why are we now pretending that we can't?"
