"content": "I finished reading Shadow of the Torturer, by Gene Wolfe yesterday. It was a book that took me months to begin reading. At first it was a struggle, but I was largely rewarded. Definitely it’s one of the best books I read. I left Ada Palmer’s preface to read after finishing the book and it’s such a great analysis (without conveying any spoilers). Now I understand the importance of Gene Wolfe.\n\n#sff #books #reading #bookofthenewsun #genewolfe nostr:npub1ny7qwqnkw6pg4m0uegzrdzwrckapzq7v7zku9p28hgv5aflvg8fq7zuv57\nhttps://cdn.masto.host/dicecamp/media_attachments/files/113/148/317/226/586/801/original/1893dbb203bab8ad.jpeg\n",
