Sorry to hear about these issues.
I've used Strike support a couple of times in the last week, both had to do with account locking issues, and I got fast responses both times, plus great explanations.
1st lock had to do with an address difference between my Strike details and my bank details.
2nd lock was because I tried to deposit funds from Venmo using the Cross River details for direct deposit. Not allowed apparently, although deposit was accepted with an assist from Strike.
While some better documentation and UI handling would have better directed me, I cannot fault support's timeliness and outcomes.
